MY FAVOURITE THINGS ( BY ALPANA )

 

              MY   FAVOURITE  THINGS 

This poem  written  by my grand daughter 

ALPANA  ARORA  ( 8 yrs old ).

Butterflies on sun flowers ,

And horses on streets ,

Bright shining pots ,

And warm woolen mittens ,

These are a few of my favourite things .

Mango flavoured cakes with cherries on top ,

Door bells ringing like car horns on roads ,

And horn beeping cars making noise ,

These are a few of my favourite things .

When the bee sting ,

When the cat bites ,

When I'm feeling sad ,

I  simply remember my favourite things .

And then I don't feel so bad .
