OUR PLANET EARTH
This article is written by my grand son

There are lot of Galaxies in our Universe .
A lot of Solar systems in our Galaxy
( milky way galaxy ) .Our solar system made
up of mainly sun and planets .
It is blue in colour . Life exists on it .Guess
who it is ? That's right ! It is our planet earth .
It is the third planet from the sun .
It is the only planet in the solar system to have
life existing on it . Many people also called it the
' Blue planet '.It was formed due to the Big - Bang '.
The big -bang was a big planet exploding and many
small pieces being formed called planets .
Earth has different land forms like hills ,mountains ,
plateaus and plains etc..When we see earth from
outer space .We see clouds ,green patches ( forests)
and the remaining portion of it covered with water .
At first earth was fully covered with jungles ,but now,
as the population and need of mankind is increasing,
so a lot of forest are getting cut . The earth is covered
with 79% of water and 21% of land .
There are many seasons on it like Summer,Monsoon,
Winter,Spring,Autumn etc..
The division of earth can happen like two Poles --
North and South ,both of them are very cold .Then
Tropic of Cancer and Tropic of Capricorn ,in which
the temperature is moderate , and then comes the
Equator line where it is very hot .
The water bodies are oceans ,rivers,lakes and ponds
etc..The largest ocean is the Pacific ocean and the
smallest ocean is the Arctic ocean .The oceans are
the largest water bodies . One ocean is on the name
of the country,that is Indian ocean on the name
of our country ,India .
There are many living things on it -- like plants ,
animals and human being . Many of its forests are
being cut down to build buildings , if we cut trees
we wouldn't have Oxygen to breath and soon die .
So please do not cut trees ,
SAVE TREES, SAVE EARTH ,
